The client, alumni of Stanford, Virgnia Tech to name a few, were impressed and fascinated with the Stanford's D-School and wanted a space that would allow such an ambitious planning to materialize in Nepal.
Working closely with the school faculty, it was decided to incorporate flexible spaces that allowed classrooms to be setup with multiple layouts and more of an universal design that catered to users with varying physical capabilities.
Much focus was also given on how to incorporate technology in the classrooms and design spaces that enabled collaborative work environments among the students and the faculty alike.
The proposed addition to the an existing school infrastructure was to house students from Kindergarten to Grade 10.
